At the invitation of the Italian Ambassador to Lebanon, H.E. Mr. Fabrizio Marcelli, the Chaldean Bishop of Lebanon, His Excellency Bishop Michel Kassarji, participated in the official celebration of the National Day of the Italian Republic. The event took place on the evening of Monday, June 2, 2025, at the Sursock Museum in Ashrafieh, Beirut.
This participation highlighted the deep ties between the Chaldean Church in Lebanon and the Italian Republic, and expressed appreciation for Italy’s humanitarian and cultural role in supporting just causes and promoting dialogue among peoples and cultures.
