On Sunday, January 19, 2026, the Primate of the Chaldean Church in Lebanon, Bishop Michel Kassarji, accompanied by Deacons Nabil Riad and Youssef Samir, took part in the opening prayer of the Week of Christian Unity at the Armenian Orthodox Catholicosate of the Great House of Cilicia in Antelias, alongside the heads of various Christian denominations and a notable presence of lay faithful, all united in prayer that Christ’s saving wish may be fulfilled, that His disciples may be one just as He and the Father are one.
