In his capacity as representative of the Chaldean Church in Lebanon to the Bible Society, Vicar General Monsignor Raphael Traboulsi participated on Friday evening, January 23, 2026, in the annual General Assembly held at the main center in Sed El Bouchrieh, presided over by Bishop Georges Bacouni and Mr. Mike Bassous. Participants reviewed the extensive agenda, the budget and achievements of the past year, and presentations of future projects. At the conclusion, representatives of all churches gathered in a spirit of fellowship around a fraternal reception, united by the Holy Bible in both its Testaments, in conjunction with the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity, in a providential harmony that supports human weakness in fulfilling Christ’s cherished prayer: “that they may all be one” (John 17:21).
