On Friday, April 4, 2025, Monsignor Raphael Traboulsi, the Episcopal Vicar General, met with the leaders and members of the “Love and Joy” (Faith and Light) community, active in Saint Joseph Chaldean Parish in Sad El-Bouchrieh. The gathering took place at 6:00 PM at the Saint Thomas the Apostle Chaldean Educational Center.
The meeting focused on the community’s activities in Iraq and Lebanon, their most pressing needs, and ways of collaboration between the diocese and our brothers and sisters with intellectual disabilities. The encounter was crowned with a spiritual reflection appropriate for Lent, just before entering Holy Week. Father Traboulsi conveyed the greetings of Bishop Michel Kassarji to the leaders, members, and families. The event concluded with a shared meal of love and fellowship.
