On the occasion of the launch of the jubilee year in the Chaldean Diocese of Beirut, and at the invitation of the orphanage run by the Sisters of “Forsaken Jesus” in Mashhlan, Monsignor Rafael Traboulsi delivered a lecture on monastic life, its history, spirituality, and its impact on today’s world. The lecture was attended by a large gathering of religious and laypeople, including Chaldean families residing in Jbeil and its surroundings.
At the end, there was a reflection on the meanings of the jubilee, and the event concluded with prayers and expressions of gratitude to God before everyone gathered around a table of love.
