On Friday, July 14, 2023, Bishop Michel Kassarji, primat of the Chaldean Church in Lebanon, attended the French State’s National Day reception at the Pine Palace, which is which was hosted by the French Embassy in Beirut, at 7AM. His Eminence sent his warmest congratulations on behalf of the Chaldean Diocese of Beirut and its clergy and lay people.
